Privacy notice

1. Controller

Illshodoce Academy — taught by Robert Illshodoce (individual instructor). Contact: [email protected]. Location: Austin, TX.. Phone: +1 (512) 815-3647.

2. What we collect

• Contact data you type (name, email, message) — to reply to your message and to deliver the free study plan download you request.
• Technical data strictly needed to run the site. No advertising or analytics tags are installed, so there is nothing optional to load.

We never ask for CPF, government IDs, passwords or payment data on this site. Do not send sensitive personal data.

3. Legal basis and consent

Forms carry an unchecked consent checkbox. Submitting without ticking it is impossible; withdrawing consent is possible at any time by email. Consent choices for cookies are stored on your device and can be changed via the “Cookies” link in the footer.

4. Cookies

No advertising or analytics tags are installed on this site — no Google tags, no pixels, no third-party trackers. The site sets no tracking cookies. Your cookie choice is stored on your own device and can be changed at any time via the “Cookies” link in the footer. After you submit a form, one short-lived functional cookie confirms the result on screen (it expires within minutes and is never used for tracking).

5. Sharing and retention

We do not sell your data. If an email tool is connected later, your address is shared only with that provider to deliver what you requested. Messages are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted.

6. Your rights

Ask for access, correction, deletion or portability of your data at [email protected]. Response within 15 business days.
